We're on the hunt for someone who can excel in implementing Workday configurations to drive business success. This role is perfect for a skilled professional with 5+ years of experience in software consulting and IT implementation.

About the Job

Your workdays will be filled with helping customers overcome HR technology challenges and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll be working closely with our team to provide excellent customer service, engage customers to understand their business requirements, and share your expertise in industry practices.

  • Provide exceptional support to customers on Workday configurations and troubleshooting
  • Develop and deliver system configuration solutions that meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday configurations, software consulting, and IT implementation
  • A deep understanding of Workday HCM and its applications
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, and/or Oracle is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
