Lead Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead our Domestic Payments team.

  • As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of mission-critical payment technologies.
  • You will oversee all IT delivery activities, provide technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional platform teams, and collaborate with program leadership to drive delivery to desired outcomes.
  • A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management, and experience managing large complex projects across various business areas.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in technology management, preferably in financial services and/or payments.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large complex projects across various business areas.
  • 10+ years of experience in people management and leadership within large complex financial services organisations.
  • Payments experience is essential.
