Our company is seeking a highly skilled Payments Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives in the banking payments domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough requirement analysis and client interactions to gather business needs.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRSs).
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure test cases are mapped to requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Provide expertise in ISO XML20022 messaging standards and ensure compliance across payment systems.
  • Work on various payment domains including Cross-border payments, Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)/Automated Clearing House (ACH), SWIFT payments, and Domestic payments.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking payments, fund transfers, clearing systems, and clearing houses.
  • Participate in and support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Contribute to product strategy, product management, and roadmap design.
  • Apply understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall models.
