Job Opportunity: Support Worker Role
About the JobWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing essential assistance to individuals with diverse needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for aiding clients with daily tasks, personal care, and other essential activities, while fostering a supportive environment that encourages autonomy and self-expression.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in building strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks, demonstrating problem-solving abilities, and adapting to changing situations.
- Flexible, with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Able to pass a National Criminal History Check.
- Fully COVID vaccinated.
The successful applicant will be working with individuals who require support due to various disabilities. They will be required to handle complex situations with empathy and composure, while promoting client independence and a person-centered approach.
