Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aboriginal woman to fill a senior role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of non-residential programs while transitioning into residential programs in the future.
  • Manage a dedicated team, including program managers, team leaders, and administrative assistants.
  • Build key relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Ensure every client's needs are met with compassion, cultural understanding, and clinical excellence.
