Senior Program Analyst

Starting on a 12-month contract with full-time hours, there is a HIGH potential to extendAs a Program Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Assist in developing and implementing program strategies.
Provide senior-level project management, administrative support, and coordination.
Create, maintain, and enhance reports, analyses, and manage risks and issues registers.
Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition, and impacted organizational functions.
Facilitate team meetings and manage the team kanban board.
Schedule and organize project meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience with: Projects, PMO, or business administration.
Share Point, Jira, and Confluence.4-6 years of experience as a Program Analyst.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on program management experience.
Well-developed communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
Enthusiasm for accessible design and development, especially in thinking about accessibility, will be highly regarded.
