Senior Operations Leader for Indigenous Programs

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Operations Leader to lead the successful operations management of our First Nations Reach program and other similar programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a banking operational environment and the ability to lead and manage our programs from inception to execution to embedment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide program operational leadership to delivery teams, including cross-functional and external resources.
- Effectively engage with and manage multiple stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, vendors, third-party suppliers, and community groups.
- Lead the design and/or delivery of prioritized Indigenous culture, inclusion, and people experience interactions and initiatives in the programs.
- Build cross-functional business relationships with stakeholders in customer success, group customer advocacy & vulnerability, procurement, human resources, indigenous careers, corporate affairs, and businesses.
- Understand your role and team's operational risk and controls profile, responsibilities, and apply non-financial risk management practices through effective oversight, governance, and controls.
You will be well-versed in managing operational requirements, including stakeholder reporting. We are interested in hearing from people who have experience working in a fast-paced banking environment and the ability to lead and manage our programs effectively.

- Strong analytical and risk mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
