Job Title:

Executive Delivery Manager

Overview:

The Executive Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead program delivery and PMO teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Provide strategic leadership to Project Managers and Program Managers, aligning their efforts under a unified function.
  • Drive cultural uplift and embed behaviors required to operate as a successful enterprise function.
Client Focus:
  • Act as a client-facing leader, accountable for commercial outcomes and relationship management.
  • Lead delivery teams through complex engagements, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and value-driven outcomes.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for clients, demonstrating credibility, ownership, and results orientation.
Cultural Transformation:
  • Partner with senior leadership to embed strategic changes across the enterprise.
  • Lead cultural alignment initiatives to ensure delivery excellence and scalability.
  • Drive change functions with autonomy, bringing forward ideas and executing initiatives to support business growth.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire large teams, ensuring alignment, engagement, and high performance.
  • Oversee internal project delivery where applicable, supporting business transformation initiatives.
  • Balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, willing to take action to ensure outcomes.
