Job Description

The role of Head of Communications and Marketing is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing the strategic communications plan to drive engagement and growth. This includes leading the development and management of our brand, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives, and overseeing the effective delivery of all marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and skilled marketing professional with a strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. They will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of contemporary art and marketing best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the strategic communications plan to drive engagement and growth
  • Lead the development and management of our brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and platforms
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives, including internal teams, external partners, and key customers
  • Oversee the effective delivery of all marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, budget management, and ROI analysis
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
Requirements
  • A proven marketing leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing and communications role
  • An outstanding communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A confident and strategic long-term thinker with the ability to lead and inspire others
  • Ambitiously creative, intuitive, and intellectually nimble, with a passion for contemporary art and marketing best practices
  • Excellent craft skills, including writing, creative development, media planning, and data analysis
