Training and Development Opportunity
">This is an exciting opportunity for a learning and development specialist to join our team.
About the Role
">In this role, you will be responsible for delivering systems training to new and existing employees across Queensland using multiple delivery mediums on topics such as legal file management systems, client databases, and Microsoft applications.
">You will also be responsible for creating, customising and regularly revising learning and development materials for induction training sessions.
">Liaising with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to coordinate learning and development events such as conferences and continuing professional development sessions is another key aspect of this role.
">Additionally, you will administer the learning management system (LMS) for eLearning modules, scheduling face-to-face training, maintaining training records and scheduled reporting.
">Other responsibilities include coordinating the learning management system and eLearning incorporating reporting, design and development, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors for specifications requirements, enhancements and ongoing support for the learning management system.
">Administering the achievement and development planning application to create new plans, other administrative tasks and reporting is also part of this role.
">Participating in training activities associated with information technology projects is another key responsibility.
">Collating feedback to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of learning and development programs and use finding to make improvements to training.
">">What We Are Looking For
">The ideal applicant will have experience in teaching others to use systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and organisation specific systems and can communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
They will also have experience creating eLearning training modules and in the administration of a learning management system or similar application.
">Good communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute to the development of others including providing clear guidance, constructive feedback and coaching.
