Job Title: Learning Development Specialist
This role involves developing innovative and effective learning solutions for our organisation, including proposing strategies and the design, development, and maintenance of facilitator-led, self-led, and blended learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Determining Training Needs: Consulting with staff and management to identify specific training needs, requirements, and skill gaps.
- Learning Solution Design: Collaborating to design innovative and relevant learning solutions and develop effective and engaging face-to-face, blended, and eLearning products.
- Quality Assurance: Analysing existing learning solutions and conducting quality assurance reviews of training products developed by other staff.
- Innovation and Improvement: Proposing and facilitating innovative initiatives and contributing to business improvement strategies and change in workplace practices.
This position contributes to aviation safety by enhancing capability, capacity, and service delivery across the organisation through the development and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
