Job Title:

A rehabilitation consultant is a healthcare professional who plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.

This individual will complete comprehensive assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary level qualification and appropriate full registration as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Provisional Psychologist (AHPRA), or Exercise Physiologist (ESSA).

Key responsibilities include working closely with various stakeholders, presenting case information and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal.

The successful applicant will have experience completing structured assessments and working with complex case management.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary level qualification and appropriate full registration as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Provisional Psychologist (AHPRA), or Exercise Physiologist (ESSA).
  • Previous experience completing structured assessments is desired.
  • Experience with complex case management is highly beneficial.
