We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced vehicle estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate quotes for accident repairs;
- Work closely with clients and work providers to ensure excellent customer service;
- Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging;
- Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness;
- Assist with production management of the centre where required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a vehicle estimator or similar position;
- Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers;
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities;
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail;
- High level of professionalism and personability;
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Audanet Experience (desirable);
- Ibody Experience (desirable but not necessary);
- Excel Experience (advantageous but not necessary);
- Vehicle knowledge and inspection procedures;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
