Accident Repair Estimator Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Accident Repair Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, interacting with a variety of stakeholders, and working within our extensive network of repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately preparing vehicle quotes in a timely manner and in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
  • Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Inspecting vehicles upon arrival, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner
  • Assisting with production management of the facility where necessary
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Handing over completed repairs to customers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position, including experience in estimating/quotations in the automotive industry
  • Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable
  • Ibody experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with clients and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable demeanor
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excel experience is an asset but not necessary
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working safely
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
