Job Title: Automotive Accident Repair Specialist

Job Description:

As an experienced automotive accident repair specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately quote vehicles for repairs in a timely manner.
  • Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner.
  • Assist with production management of the centre where required.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • Proven experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
  • Highly professional and personable.
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
