Apply now for the opportunity to join our team, where you will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and repair methods whilst interacting with our customers & staff to ensure the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.
The Role:
- Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner
- Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging as required
- Ensure a high caliber customer experience is achieved for both our clients and work providers
- Meet KPI's / monthly targets
You will have:
- Outstanding technical knowledge of automotive structure and car body parts
- Experience working with iBodyshop, Parts Check and Audanet (preferred, but training can be provided)
- A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
- Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills
- High ability to communicate
- A team focused mindset
