Our team is seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join their ranks. This full-time position is focused on ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship.
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.
This role involves working within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar position, including experience in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
The successful applicant will possess excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers. They will also be highly professional and personable, with strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
- Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
- Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
- Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
- Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
- Assisting with production management of the centre where required
- Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
