Procurement and Supply Specialist

The role of Procurement and Supply Specialist involves coordinating the supply management, purchasing, and cost control across multiple categories in a diverse supply chain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end supply and procurement process coordination to ensure optimal supply, competitive rates, and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong market and commercial knowledge in purchasing categories, ensuring awareness of routes to supply and suppliers.
  • Develop national tenders, summarize proposals with appropriate criteria and recommendations to buy.
  • Develop timelines and key milestone actions required to manage projects.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and review supplier key performance indicators and site feedback.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a related field (procurement or supply) with exposure to managing suppliers and/or stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft programs, specifically Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and activities, ideally where you have been involved in identifying suppliers, formulating procurement decisions, and supervising supplier delivery projects.
