As a Support Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence.
About the Role- Provide daily living support, including personal care, mobility assistance, and domestic duties
- Assist with medication administration and coordination of medical appointments
- Engage clients in community activities, promoting social interaction and inclusion
- A driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- A Blue Card (Working with Children Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A competitive hourly rate based on industry experience and qualifications ($33.01/hr at Level 1.1 for entry-level positions)
- Paid training and professional development opportunities
- An above-award minimum pay level, as per the SCHADS Award
