Your primary focus will be on ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement person-centered plans to support participants in achieving their goals
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Support participants in accessing community resources and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of disability support principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and experience with record-keeping software
