Lead Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coaching a team of up to 25 team members
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Liaising with stock allocators to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Preparing and monitoring sales reports and store compliance

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has demonstrated leadership experience and a proven track record of success
  • Thinks customer-first and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Has similar experience in a retail or hospitality role, although this is not essential
