About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for shaping our talent acquisition and retention strategy, partnering with senior leaders to develop effective sourcing strategies, and coaching leaders on best practice interview techniques.
You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, actively sourcing candidates through targeted recruitment campaigns, and effectively managing relationships with senior leaders to build a strong understanding of their business, technical, and cultural fit requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Coaching leaders on best practice interview techniques
- Managing relationships with senior leaders to build a strong understanding of their business, technical, and cultural fit requirements
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding
We are looking for a highly experienced recruitment professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional services environment. You will have expertise in cold calling and headhunting targeted candidates, as well as a proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment strategies.
You will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. You will also have a demonstrated understanding of candidate attraction, including employment branding through various sourcing mediums.
