About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our Public Sector Valuations team in Sydney or Canberra. As a Senior Valuer, you will work closely with our team to provide timely and accurate asset valuations and consultancy advice across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert valuations and consultancy advice to clients across all asset classes.
  • Retain experience in valuing Government and Not-for-Profit entities.
  • Conduct financial and sensitivity analysis and modelling.
  • Compile and verify complex market evidence for reports and analysis.
  • Support the Public Sector Valuations team in effectively undertaking its functions.
  • Attend client functions and seminars to promote our services.
  • Actively promote JLL's brand and services through client engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage research capacity by circulating relevant market data and sales analysis.
  • Develop detailed and complex reports consistent with client and stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in property valuation.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Current AAPI and Certified Practising Valuer status.
  • Registration/licensing with relevant authority.
  • Current Open Drivers Licence.
  • Completion of current API Risk Management Module.
  • Completion of current API Certificate of Compliance.
  • A keen interest in the public sector market and a basic understanding of influences in this sector.
