
Leading HR Strategist

The role of Senior HR Business Partner involves supporting the HR department in delivering effective services to various departments and business units. This supervisory position works closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- The Senior HR Business Partner provides high-level support to senior leaders, line managers and staff through multi-faceted HR services, coaching and advisory services, with emphasis on workforce planning, employee development, performance management, workforce diversity, conflict management, workplace investigations, policy interpretation and compliance to achieve best practice people outcomes.
- Additionally, this role provides guidance, support and professional expertise in workplace matters for the HRBP team.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have an applicable tertiary qualification in business or health science, a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRBP or similar position in a large and complex environment, proven experience in HR matters including performance management techniques, complaints management, workplace investigations, workforce planning, change management, and strong stakeholder management skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision and direction. Previous experience leading a team of HR professionals is highly desirable.
