What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill our sales associates.
  • Lead recruitment of new associates - from attracting top talent to onboarding and setting them up for success.
  • Build career development pathways and succession plans that align with business growth
  • Coach and mentor leaders to bring out the best in their teams
  • Develop onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
  • Partner with leadership on performance frameworks, feedback, and recognition programs
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen our culture, engagement, and retention
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and embed best practice in real estate learning, tech and development
  • Be a strategic voice in shaping how Junction attracts, grows, and keeps top talent
You'll Nail This Role If You Are
  • Experienced in talent development, training, or organisational development
  • A confident facilitator who knows how to connect, inspire, and get results
  • Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to balance multiple projects at once
  • Passionate about people — their growth, their success, and their future
  • Known for building trust, driving engagement, and bringing energy to the room
Bonus Points For
  • Real estate or property industry experience
  • Coaching or leadership accreditation
  • Familiarity with psychometric tools, performance platforms, or HR tech
  • Experience rolling out large-scale training or change programs
