As a seasoned talent development expert, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organisation through strategic recruitment, skill-building initiatives and performance-driven leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Evaluate and improve performance management processes to drive business success
- Foster a culture of excellence and engagement through collaborative and inclusive team-building initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, management or related field
- Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related major
