Key Requirements:

  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current Driver's License: Possess a current C class driver's license.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in Records Management: Proven experience in records management or administration within a large organization.
  • Knowledge of Legislation: Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Experience in coaching or mentoring staff.
  • Justice of the Peace or Commission of Declarations: Possess a Justice of the Peace qualification or Commission of Declarations.
