Operating Theatre Assistant Role

This is a key position in the surgical process where you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling and managing theatre case set-ups in accordance with operating lists, displaying attention to detail.
  • Caring for and maintaining various equipment associated with the Theatre Department.
  • Assisting theatre staff as needed.
  • Managing your caseload quickly and efficiently to ensure safe and effective care of patients.

You are a highly organised, self-motivated individual who can work effectively according to directions. You will bring exceptional communication skills, a strong customer focus, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a theatre or hospital environment, along with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
