**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented Micro Space Merchandiser to bring our retail strategy to life by partnering with stakeholders to build out compelling micro space strategies and exceptional planograms.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the BIG W vision through effective partnerships, driving business growth and excellence in our stores.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop innovative store layouts and planograms that meet customer needs.

**Key Deliverables:**

  • Create engaging and data-driven visual merchandising solutions for our micro spaces.
  • Develop and lead the merchandising vision and multi-year strategy for micro space across multiple categories.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail merchandising or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
