**The Role
The Space Process Improvement Lead plays a critical role in our business as we embark on a journey of transformation. This role is responsible for ensuring we continue to evolve and drive robust processes across both Macro and Micro to support new systems, new ideas & enabling the team to grow and add greater value to the broader business.
- Some additional key responsibilities include:
- Identify, quantify, prioritise and drive the implementation of business improvement opportunities across the BigW space portfolio
- Identification, prioritisation and delivery of process and ways of working improvement to enable efficiency and ease of deliverables for the wider Micro & Macro Space team.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of any new processes & training material.
- Develop and implement a robust training schedule as along with the facilitation of training to the wider team
- Working closely with stakeholders, identify areas of opportunity to continually evolve our ways of working.
- Champion our evolving agile ways of working, ensuring that each team and team member is working in the most optimal way
- Facilitation of workshops with key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Embed business improvement capabilities, systems and processes
- Results measurement and tracking of initiatives
- Support and coach Micro & Macro teams on best practice as it relates to Micro or Macro Space.

- Experience in a Space related role
- Experience in retail/ FMCG preferred
- Strong process Improvement experience
- Strong problem solving, analytical and written communication skills
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to draw insights from data
- Agile experience preferred
- Project management experience
