Operations Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge and experience within a road operational environment. As part of this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in overseeing and managing safety, compliance, toolbox talks, tracking and monitoring interstate deliveries, Yard checks and fleet utilisation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge and experience within a road operational environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively implement and manage supply contracts.
  • Ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams.
  • Understanding of operational drivers, cost control and operational budgeting.
  • Process driven, analytical and methodical with a passion to drive continuous improvement.

You will be required to meet our employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
