Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at the Qantas Lounge by Accor Brisbane. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Guest Interaction: Provide face-to-face interaction with a high volume of guests daily, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  2. Food and Beverage Service: Create memorable experiences by providing fine dining, a la carte, and barista services, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and visual appeal.
  3. Team Collaboration: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  4. Brand Standards: Ensure that the Qantas brand standards are consistently maintained throughout the lounge.
  5. Roster Flexibility: Be flexible with your roster to accommodate flight schedules and unexpected delays.
