Senior Kitchen Leader Opportunity

The role offers a great work-life balance with 4 days on, 3 days off.

We are seeking a talented Senior Chef to lead our kitchen team, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate the team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Contribute to menu design and innovation using seasonal, local produce
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef or strong background as a Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen
  • Passionate about local produce and modern Australian cuisine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organised, professional, and committed to excellence
