Job Title: Fine Dining Chef

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Craft and plate starters that define the dining experience, uphold exacting standards and inspire guests from the first bite. Lead the Entrée section to guarantee smooth, timely service and an outstanding guest experience.

  • Preparation, cooking and presentation of entrées to exacting quality, flavour and presentation standards are essential for this role.
  • Collaboration with the culinary team on seasonal menu creation, refinement of existing dishes and introduction of innovative entrées aligned with market produce is key.
  • Enforcing consistency by taste, plating, hygiene and portion control on every plate served will be vital to success.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 3 years Chef de Partie experience in fine-dining or upmarket restaurants is desired.
  • A Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is required.
  • Mastery of modern techniques, knife skills and refined plating, proven calm under pressure, are essential for this position.
