We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our culinary team in Sydney, Australia.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for cooking and want to develop their skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The Role
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the assigned workstation, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Produce consistent, high-quality products while providing excellent service to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of kitchen procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in response to changing workload demands within the Culinary Division.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education or relevant culinary qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
