Job Title: Senior Real Estate Manager

">About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a Senior Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of real estate assets across Australia.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting audit teams in the peer review of valuations for financial reporting, undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, working on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation, preparing valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties, investigating and utilising new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients, providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets, assisting on and being at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies, and property development advisory, and providing vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes.

Skills and Qualifications
  • A detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS
