Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Role

This position offers a unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax, and corporate finance delivering real-world value.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated team within a national practice.

  • Support audit teams in the peer review of valuation for financial reporting
  • Support pre and post-transaction activities through real estate analysis
  • Prepare valuation assignments in stabilised and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance

Ideally, you'll have strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail, a detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes, and demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.
