Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Manager/Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our Real Estate, Transactions, and Delivery team in this exciting opportunity. As a Manager or Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuations & Analytics, you will elevate and shape your career, gaining experience across multiple industry sectors and functions within the EY Parthenon network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support audit teams in peer reviewing valuations for financial reporting purposes.
  • Undertake real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, including pre and post transaction activities.
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  • Prepare valuation assignments for stabilised assets and development properties.
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation, transaction strategies, and property development advisory services.
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes.
  • Contribute to thought leadership papers through market research and trend analysis.

Ideal Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS.
