Job Opportunity:

This is a chance to collaborate with an experienced and dedicated team within a national practice. As our Manager or Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to elevate and shape your career and gain experience across multiple industry sectors as well as across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting
  • Undertake real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and property development advisory
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets
  • Contribute to thought leadership papers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV or MRICS
