We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Real Estate Valuations & Analytics team. Our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance delivers real-world value – solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.

In this exciting role, you will collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated team within a national practice.   • Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting
  • Support pre and post transaction activities by undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and property development advisory
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes
  • Provide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers

Ideally, you'll have strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail. A detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes is also required. Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills is necessary. Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
