Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of data center facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain excellent standards of response to asset performance and complete assigned work within set timelines.
  • Address any abnormal operating conditions or housekeeping issues promptly.
  • Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as required across HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant/equipment, and HVAC mechanical cooling/heating systems.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in maintaining critical & temperature control conditioned environments.
  • Detailed understanding and experience of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment.
  • Prior exposure to maintenance scheduling and subcontractor management and supervision.
  • Strong understanding of ticketing or workflow management systems and tools.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday (8am-4pm) in a fast-paced data center environment.
