As a skilled mechanical maintenance technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation, and Maximo CMMS software.

You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic techniques and repair or replace faulty components as needed.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues that impact productivity.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Australian Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Certificate III)
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (Australia) or willingness to obtain
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
