Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on the role of Therapy Team Manager. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of therapists, as well as contributing to the development of our occupational therapy service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists in delivering evidence-based practice and innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that improve patient outcomes.
