Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, dedicated to helping individuals return to work and independence after injury or illness. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in facilitating recovery and return to work through assessment, intervention, and education.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans for return to work and independence;
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to ensure seamless care coordination;
  • Provide education and guidance to clients and their families on strategies for maintaining independence and promoting overall well-being;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Full registration with AHPRA;
  • Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy;
  • Experience working with clients who have sustained injuries or illnesses;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
