We're currently seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to join our team, working closely with our Lead Clinician to drive positive outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting our clinical team in achieving exceptional results through their behaviour support or therapy services.
  2. Assisting our principal practitioner in managing case loads, clinical issues, and developing clinical services.
  3. Fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders to deliver services aligned with client needs.
  4. Identifying and implementing staff training and professional development opportunities.
  5. Taking ownership of a caseload to support complex client needs.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant clinical field (psychology, behaviour support, other clinical therapy).
  2. Demonstrated leadership skills in clinical management, with a history of guiding a qualified team.
  3. Registration with a relevant professional body, such as APHRA / AASW / BSPA.
  4. Sound knowledge of NDIS practice standards.
  5. Working with vulnerable people registration.
