  • Monitoring cargo availability and status
  • Reporting on sea and air cargo movements
  • Organising road and rail transportation
  • Finalising invoices to clients and overseas agents
  • Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, overseas agents, customers, suppliers, and internal staff

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Cargowise EDI experience is highly desirable
  • Account management experience with a freight forwarder in the Australian market is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to support your growth in this exciting field.
