Job Description:

The Pension Technical Analyst will be responsible for producing time-sensitive reports and handling manual payments. This role requires collaboration with various departments within EQ retirement solutions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries;Maintain compliance with scheme rules, industry regulations, and pensions legislation;Provide expert advice and guidance;Contribute to the design and development of new approaches and solutions;Produce technically sound processes and procedures;Analyse data to produce solutions;Maintain awareness of other business activities and work flexibly across departments;Identify service improvements and efficiency gains;Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Operational Manager;Manage manual payments and provide daily reporting to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of quality and timely delivery;
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships;
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn various systems;
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills;
  • Experience with Trade Dates / Box Management (preferred);
  • Previous pensions technical analyst experience (essential).
