Overview
Société Générale Assurances is seeking an Associate for its Structured Finance Solutions team. This role is pivotal within our Global Banking & Advisory division, focusing on the structuring, financing, and trading of securitised products, including asset-backed securities (ABS) and residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). The team serves a diverse clientele, including corporations, financial institutions, and investors, with a strategic emphasis on growth in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will engage in various aspects of the structured finance process, gaining valuable insights and experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the origination and structuring of financial products;
- Developing client presentations and marketing materials;
- Conducting credit analysis and cash flow modelling;
- Facilitating deal execution in both private and public markets;
- Performing client due diligence and managing onboarding processes;
- Reporting on portfolio and business performance;
- Addressing ad hoc business and transaction-specific needs.

Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in asset-backed products or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, particularly in cash flow modelling;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
