Job Title: Asset and Facilities Support Officer

About the Opportunity:

The Asset and Facilities Support Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer-focused services to enable our organization to meet its operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service for all fleet-related enquiries, ensuring timely and responsive communication with stakeholders.

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the fleet team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.

• Manage and coordinate pool and Executive fleet asset replacement schedules, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing downtime.

• Handle total loss insurance claims, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.

• Organize and respond to internal and external correspondence, including managing the Fleet inbox and Service Desk, in a timely and efficient manner.

• Process equipment orders and oversee communication and change management activities for the delivery of new assets and the collection of assets being retired from service.

• Have knowledge of NSW Government Procurement, Supply, and Fleet policy and practices.

• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

What We Offer:

You will enjoy a 35-hour work week, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements. Attractive salary range of $84,659.00 to $92,701.00, 12% superannuation, and leave loading + field allowance (if applicable).
