Strata Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a capable and experienced Strata Portfolio Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of schemes in the Lake Macquarie region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of residential/commercial strata portfolios, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence with owners, committees, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate strata rolls and up-to-date building records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and supplier relationships, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strata or residential property management, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Relevant industry certifications or licensing, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
